As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment. If, for some reason, there is a delay in stock, we will contact you before accepting payment.
When will my order ship?
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within 2-5 business days from the date of your order. Cancellations of Custom Orders
Custom or made to order products cannot be canceled or refunded as these products are put into production specifically for your order.
These units, are custom made to your specification or created once you order. Once you place your order they start building your unit. Your warranty will guarantee you a fully functional and operational product. If it is not clear whether your order is custom or made to order, please message or call us.
All sales are final for Custom made and Made-to-order products.
Refunds and Returns
If you need to exchange your product, you may do so. You, as the customer, are responsible for any shipping costs throughout any returns and exchange processes.
Not all orders are available for return once they have shipped. We order our products directly from the manufacturer. Therefore, if the manufacturer will not permit us to return a product, we cannot offer you a return. This often varies on a case-by-case basis; please reach out to us if you would like specific information on your brand and/or product.
Due to drastically increasing LTL/freight shipping costs, any outright returns will incur 25% cancellation fee + return shipping costs. If you are replacing the product with something else, we may be able to help you cover some of the costs depending on the product.

We provide estimated shipping times on the product pages based upon what our suppliers and freight companies tell us, and those estimated shipping times may change or vary without notice (Due to supply chain issues, the steel mills behind on making metal, the manufacturers delayed because of the mills, the overwhelmingly demand on shipping, factory/warehouse and dock workers and so on).

LIMITED WARRANTY
This NON-TRANSFERRABLE warranty is provided by

For the purpose of this Limited Warranty, the following terms shall have the following meanings: (1) "Distributor" shall mean Medical Breakthrough, LLC; (2) "Equipment" shall mean a Medical Breakthrough, LIC product or system; (3) "Customer" shall mean only the residential end-user of the Equipment who is the original purchaser of the equipment from an authorized reseller. Usages of "you" or "your" refer to the Customer;
(4) "Service Period" shall mean the THREE year period commencing on the date of the product delivery; (5) "Administrator" shall mean Medical Breakthrough, LLC. Usage of
"we," "us," or "our" shall also mean Medical Breakthrough, LIC.
What Is Covered*:
- This warranty explicitly covers parts, labor and framework of the chair.
- This warranty includes parts costs and labor for the first year at no cost to the customer.
- This warranty includes parts costs covered for the second year at no cost to the customer.
- This warranty includes structural framework on selected products for THREE years.
- This Limited Warranty extends only to the original purchaser and will be terminated upon transfer of ownership.
- This warranty shall not apply to any product or component used in any industrial, rental, club, or commercial purpose. Only our representatives may perform repairs on the equipment under this Limited Warranty.
- Replaced parts shall be covered under this Limited Warranty for the remainder of the Service Period or for 1-Year; whichever is longer. We will provide on-site service as necessary on regular workdays between your local hours of 9:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M.
Submission of the Limited Warranty Activation form is not a condition precedent to obtaining performance under this Limited Warranty.
- If a particular replacement part is not available from the manufacturer, we will make reasonable efforts to locate a compatible replacement part. If we are unable to locate a compatible part, we may replace your equipment with a similar product. Under no circumstances shall the retail replacement value exceed the original net price paid for the equipment.
- In the event you choose not to accept a replacement for your equipment, we shall no longer be responsible for making repairs under this Limited Warranty.
- This Limited Warranty may not be transferred at any time during the original term.
What Is NOT Covered*:
- For the first 30 days from the date of purchase, the seller will pay for the shipping andhandling costs associated with the parts. After 30 days from the date of the original purchase, the buyer is responsible for paying the shipping and handling costs of the parts.
- This warranty does not include normal wear and tear including, Velcro or zipper malfunction, or tears in any fabric due to abuse.
- The warranty shall not apply if the product has been damaged physically, whether intentionally,or due to accident or neglect - including moving, stains, fluids, mold. water damage, animal damage, cuts, burns, or otherwise unsanitary, damaged, or soiled.
- This Limited Warranty does not include service needed on equipment as a result of any of thefollowing: (1) Dropped product or components including remote controls, cracked remote controller screens, or cracked remote housing; (2) Cosmetic changes. tears, failure of fabrics, woods, foam, pads, plastics, upholsteries, exterior coverings, and damages or changes resultingfrom normal wear and tear; (3) Installation, setup, or relocation from the originally installed location; (4) Negligence, misuse, abuse, improper maintenance, electrical disturbances, power surges, acts of nature, or work including but not limited to, attachments, additions, alterations, or modifications performed by persons other than authorized Administrator service providers; (5)
Failure by the customer to use a high-quality surge protector during the entire service period; (6) Improper operating environment; (7) Any problem not involving a defect;
(8) Damage or malfunction caused by an animal or pet; (9) Damage or malfunction caused by liquids of any kind; (10) Rental, business, commercial, institutional or other non-residential use; (11) Unnecessary service calls. If no problem is found upon our diagnosis or any other third party diagnosis, you may be charged our standard rate for service calls, shipping costs, and parts; and (12) Use of any item with the equipment if the item is not designated for use with the equipment. Floor models which have been on display for more than NINE months are not covered under any provisions of this Limited Warranty.
Your Responsibilities:
You shall: (1) Operate the equipment in an environment meeting the requirements delineated in the equipment's owner manual and other provided instructions; (2)
Protect the supply of electricity to the equipment through the use of a high-quality surge protection device; (3) Promptly report to us any diagnostic messages; (4) Permit no work on the equipment except by our authorized service providers; (5) Have an adult representative present whenever we provide support services; (6) Perform telephone or email diagnostic procedures as requested by us; (7) Safeguard and return (at our expense) all replacement parts shipped to vou. You assume financial responsibility for all parts and accessories shipped to you until the items or parts being replaced are returned to us
