For many large products, we offer an "In-Home Expert Assembly" option. Assembly services are scheduled post-delivery, as our delivery teams do not perform installations. We coordinate assembly with certified technicians after your item is delivered. Massage Chair purchases with a "White Glove Option" include simultaneous delivery and installation.

What if I want a product you don't list?

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

Items must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.

What if my product is damaged?

Inspect your item(s) upon arrival. Note any damage upon delivery and if damaged, report it within 48 hours by sending photos to sales@vitalialife.com. We'll assist with repairs or replacements as needed.

What is your Cancellation Policy?

To cancel an order, immediately contact our customer service to avoid return shipping fees. Orders canceled before processing receive a full refund; after processing, they are subject to our 30 Day Return Policy and return shipping costs.
