We partner with a professional installation service that specializes in fitness and wellness equipment. For transparency, we do not make any money from this service. It is all paid to the installation company at the price they quote us.

Option 1: In-Home Assembly
1. Your order will ship via freight delivery and you will receive tracking information
2. Once your order reaches the final freight terminal, the freight company will call to schedule a delivery appointment with you. The freight company will deliver the pallet curbside, and it is your responsibility to move the contents of the pallet into your residence/location and into the room of assembly.
3. After the product has been confirmed as delivered, the professional installer will contact you to schedule your assembly appointment. The appointment time can sometimes take up to one week.
*note: the installer is not responsible for removing the boxes and trash after assembly
Option 2: White Glove Delivery & Installation
1. Your order will ship via freight to the nearest terminal to your address.
note: The eta on the tracking information is to the final freight terminal, NOT for final delivery
2. Once your order reaches the final terminal, our professional installer will contact you to schedule an appointment for delivery and installation. note: This can take up to one week or more from the time it is delivered to the final terminal.
3. The professional installer will delivery your order into the room of choice, assemble the product, and remove all the trash.
If you have a situation where you are not able to receive delivery & installation, we need to know ahead of time.
From time of purchase, White Glove Delivery and Installation typically takes between 3-4 weeks, but can vary based on product availability, location of delivery, and installer schedule.

Note: Note: Certain Exceptions Apply Based on Your Location. Installers will come ONE TIME. If there are damaged/missing parts on original shipment, installer will do everything that they can, but you will be responsible for completing any final installations when replacement/missing parts arrive.
