Buyer is obligated to read user manual and follow instructions and requirements presented. Damage to the product caused by not following instructions and requirements will void warranty

If any defects are found on the product, where manufacturer can be blamed, then buyer has the right to demand fixing or replacing the product. Demands must be made not later than 5 years after buying the product. Purchase receipt needs to be presented when warranty demands are made.

Warranty Terms:

  • Warranty applies only to product that have been used according to the manual
  • Warranty does not cover wear that occurs from natural usage.
  • Warranty does not cover defects or wear caused by planned use.
  • Warranty does not imply when:
    • damage or defects are caused by transportation or other actions not controlled by manufacturer.
    • product has been damaged by carelessness, improper storing or overload
    • errors in the installation of the product due to non- compliance with the product’s manual
    • product has been modified in any way
    • warranty period is over

GENERAL SAFETY INFORMATION FOR THE USER

  • If thermal protection 266 oF (130 oC) has tripped, check the sauna’s condition and safety. If the heat sensor with overheating protection is to be replaced, contact our customer service at info@vitalialife.com
  • For unique problems that are not covered in the installation manual, contact your vendor to ensure safety.
  • For the safe use of the sauna’s control device, it is not permitted to alter or rebuild the device.
  • The manufacturer has the right to make technical changes to the device.

PURPOSEFUL USE

  • Make sure that there are no objects on the heater. Even non- combustible items may cause overheating, resulting in a fire hazard.
  • Close the steam room’s door for the time the sauna is heated. Heating will not work with an open door.
  • This device is not intended to be used by people with limited physical, sensory or mental abilities (including children) or by people with a lack of experience and/or knowledge, unless they are supervised by a person responsible for their safety or they have received instructions from such a person.
  • Ensure that children do not play with the device.
  • For safety reasons, turn off the sauna’s circuit breaker when the sauna is not being used.
  • To use the remote control, check the heater condition and remove any items from the heater. Make sure the steam room is safe and close the door.
  • Old devices contain recyclable materials. Therefore, do not throw old devices into the household waste.
  • Turn off the sauna’s circuit breaker from the switchboard if you do not intend to use the sauna for an extended period.

Return Information

The buyer has the right to request product inspection in the event of any defect within the framework of the warranty terms and conditions. In the event of a defect in the Product, the use of the Product must be stopped immediately, please contact our customer care at (725) 777-4544 or via email at info@vitalialife.com as soon as possible, and the following information and documents must be submitted:

  • Product name or code;
  • Purchase Invoice of the Product;
  • Description and Photograph(s) of the defect

Once evaluated, we will send you the return information and/or further instructions.

Return Requests for non-defective products are subject for approval of the management and manufacturer. RMA will be issued once approved. This term does not extend to other direct and/or indirect expenses (e.g. transport, insurance). All expenses must be shouldered by the buyer and the unit(s) to be returned must be packed securely.

HIVE HEAT is a highly efficient wood-fired sauna heater for saunas up to 459 cubic feet. It has a unique structure where fresh air is conducted into the burning process from above to create a strong flame. This allows the burning to be very clean and makes sure that all the wood gets burned and no wood gas escapes the chimney and goes to waste like it often does with less efficient stoves. The furnace door is made of cast iron which is durable and easy to maintain.  The sauna stove is treated only with natural oils without the use of chemicals.

What is unique about the HUUM sauna heater?

The sleek and rounded shape of HUUM sauna heaters makes them some of the most stunning sauna heaters on the market. They provide gentle and long-lasting steam akin to traditional saunas due to their unusually high stone capacity. Because there isn't much metal in the heaters, the heat comes from the stones rather than the heated metal. Because of this, the air is filled with more negative ions, which are believed to be helpful to one's health. 

How do I choose a heater with the right output?

The output of the sauna heater should be determined by the size and insulation of the sauna room.
To heat 1 m³ of the sauna room, you'll require 1 kW of power on average.
If the heater is too tiny, the sauna will heat up too slowly, not enough steam will be produced, and it will burn out more quickly. If a heater has a thermostat and is used correctly, a heater that is somewhat too strong will not cause problems.

The sauna room's insulation is the second key factor to consider. If the sauna room has any uninsulated brick, tile, glass, or logs walls, the sauna room size should be increased by 1.5 m³ for each m2 of uninsulated brick, tile, glass, or wood wall.

To determine the volume of your sauna room, utilize our sauna calculator. Multiply the height by the breadth and the length in meters to get a rough estimate. Then add the sum of uninsulated brick, tile, glass, or wood surfaces (m2) to the preceding result by multiplying it by 1.5. Because of this, you will be able to calculate the size of your sauna room in m³, from which you may choose the appropriate heater output. We recommend choosing the larger output value if the result lies between two alternative output values.

How long does it take to heat the sauna?

If the heater is large enough, it will heat up roughly 10 degrees Fahrenheit every 8 minutes.

What kind of stones can be used with HUUM heaters?

We recommend utilizing sauna stove stones that are rounded and natural. We have light grey, rounded olivine diabase stones with a high heat capacity in our inventory. Because decorative stones are readily broken, they should not be used in the heater.
