When will my order ship?

These units, are custom made to your specification or created once you order. Once you place your order they start building your unit. Your warranty will guarantee you a fully functional and operational product. If it is not clear whether your order is custom or made to order, please message or call us.

If you need to exchange your product, you may do so. You, as the customer, are responsible for any shipping costs throughout any returns and exchange processes. 

Not all orders are available for return once they have shipped. We order our products directly from the manufacturer. Therefore, if the manufacturer will not permit us to return a product, we cannot offer you a return. This often varies on a case-by-case basis; please reach out to us if you would like specific information on your brand and/or product. 

Due to drastically increasing LTL/freight shipping costs, any outright returns will incur 25% cancellation fee + return shipping costs. If you are replacing the product with something else, we may be able to help you cover some of the costs depending on the product.

Some companies use warranties as a gimmick or marketing strategy (with many stipulations), but a Tyent USA warranty is genuine. That means our Platinum Lifetime Warranty contains no stipulations, no fine print and no hassles. In fact, the only way to void the warranty is through intentional abuse. Compare this to competitors’ warranties: watch out for unreasonable stipulations and limitations that are often used as ways to abandon or decline cover. At Tyent, we believe in fairness, transparency and respect for our customers.

This Guarantee

is applicable to all units purchased on or after January 15th, 2010

If you, the customer, experience any performance issues with our cutting-edge water ionizer systems, then we will fix or replace the unit. We will action repairs or replacements within one week, in the majority of cases. Any damaged unit will be fixed or replaced with a comparable unit at no cost to you (excluding shipping). The only eventuality not covered under our warranty is intentional or accidental breakage caused by dropping one of our units or damage arising from something of a similar nature. Feel free to use our units in any type of water, and to produce as much water as you wish. Our advanced cleaning system, filtration and power methods are the toughest and most advanced in the industry.

The terms above are in effect FOREVER on all of our units*. This is the Tyent Lifetime Guarantee.

75-Day Trial

As a Tyent USA retail customer, you can take your time to appreciate the benefits of your new Tyent USA water ionizer without risk. Enjoy a full 75 days* to experience the incredible benefits from the ionized alkaline water that our ionizer machines produce. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a refund, minus shipping and an industry-standard 15% restocking fee (calculated from the total purchase price).

Please note that the 75-day trial applies to residential water ionizer units only, and not to stand-alone filters or portable ionizers. All of our machines are fully adjustable for your source water, so you can always get the alkaline water you want, however you prefer it. Please call one of our technicians at for help adjusting your water ionizer if you find that you are not getting the results you expect.

 

Terms and Conditions

Payment

Payment in full is due before an item is shipped. If a payment is not received or a payment method is declined, then we regret that we will not be able to ship your item.

Shipping Policies

The buyer will meet the cost of shipping in the amount advertised by the seller at the time of purchase. If an item is lost during shipping, the total cost of the item, including shipping, will be refunded to the buyer by the seller and we will open an investigation with the shipping carrier. Shipping costs may increase if shipping internationally. If an item is damaged during shipping, the buyer must hold the product until the shipping carrier can determine the cause. No items will be accepted for return without an RMA number. Please contact Tyent USA, LLC to obtain an RMA number.

Refund/Return Policy

Items can be returned and refunded within 75 days from the date of purchase. If an item is damaged during shipping, a replacement item will be sent free of charge and an investigation will be opened with the shipping carrier. No returns will be accepted by Tyent USA, LLC without an RMA number. Buyer must contact Tyent USA, LLC to request an RMA number before shipping any units to Tyent USA for a refund or repair. There is an industry-standard 15% restocking fee (calculated from the total purchase price) for water ionizer returns within the 75 day trial period. In addition, orders that were financed with one of Tyent USA, LLC's approved lenders may be subject to additional terms or fees depending on the lender. No items will be accepted for return after 75 days.

Cancellation

If you want to cancel your order, please contact Tyent USA, LLC. If the item has not shipped, we will issue a refund immediately. If an item has shipped, then we will issue the refund once Tyent USA, LLC receives the merchandise back at our warehousing facility.
