Kohler Co. warrants its plumbing products to be free of defects in material and workmanship for one (1) year from date of purchase. (The service life of any disposable filter replacement cartridges varies with individual use, local conditions, and consumption and thus is not warranted other than to be free of defects in material and workmanship at the time of purchase.) For Kohler Invigoration Series Tandem Steam Generator Control Kit K-5558 or accessories damaged in shipping, please contact our customer service team with photos and information at customercare@nordicasauna.com. A team member will review and offer a credit or replacement based on the extent of the damage.

This warranty applies only to KOHLER products purchased and installed in North America, Central America, the Caribbean and South America excluding Brazil ("Americas"). Kohler Co. will, at its election, repair, replace, or make appropriate adjustment where Kohler Co. inspection discloses any such defects occurring in normal residential usage within one (1) year from the date of purchase. Kohler Co. is not responsible for removal or installation costs. Improper care and cleaning will void the warranty.
