Warranty
Kohler Co. warrants its plumbing products to be free of defects in material and workmanship for one (1) year from date of purchase. (The service life of any disposable filter replacement cartridges varies with individual use, local conditions, and consumption and thus is not warranted other than to be free of defects in material and workmanship at the time of purchase.) Kohler DTV+ Series Digital 2-Port Thermostatic Valve K-528-K1 or accessories damaged in shipping, please contact our customer service team with photos and information at customercare@nordicasauna.com. A team member will review and offer a credit or replacement based on the extent of the damage.
This warranty applies only to KOHLER products purchased and installed in North America, Central America, the Caribbean and South America excluding Brazil ("Americas"). Kohler Co. will, at its election, repair, replace, or make appropriate adjustment where Kohler Co. inspection discloses any such defects occurring in normal residential usage within one (1) year from the date of purchase. Kohler Co. is not responsible for removal or installation costs. Improper care and cleaning will void the warranty.
If you believe that you have a warranty claim, contact Kohler Co., either through your Dealer, Plumbing Contractor, Home Center or E-tailer, or by writing Kohler Co., Attn: Customer Care Center, 444 Highland Drive, Kohler, WI 53044, USA. Please be sure to provide all pertinent information regarding your claim, including a complete description of the problem, the product, model number, color, finish, the date the product was purchased and from whom the product was purchased. Also include your proof of purchase (original sales receipt).

KOHLER CO. AND/OR SELLER DISCLAIM ALL LIABILITY FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations of how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of such damages, so these limitations and exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives the consumer specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction.
This is Kohler Co.'s exclusive written warranty.
