The new and improved UltraSpartan filter helps prevent damaging buildup from the mineral scale in areas with hardness 251 – 425ppm. It is a unique, proprietary combination of 7 stages of filtering, designed to work in areas of poor water quality where there is a need for water softener filters. (Rated for 1,000 gallons.)
