We use reliable shipping carriers to ensure that products are delivered safely and on time. We are not responsible for any delays or damages that occur during shipping. Handling time takes about 1-2 business days, and transit time takes about 5-7 business days.
  8. Returns and Refunds: We offer a 30-day return policy for unused and unopened products. Customers must contact us within 30 days of receiving the product to initiate a return. Refunds will be issued once the product has been received and inspected. Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returns.
  9. Chargebacks: In the event of a chargeback, we will provide all necessary information and documentation to the relevant authorities. We reserve the right to take legal action against customers who file fraudulent chargebacks.
